Mae’r sesiynau 15 munud hyn yn gyfle i ofyn cwestiynau, siarad am bethau a chael cyngor dibynadwy, di-feirniadaeth, mewn lle preifat. Nid oes angen i chi esbonio pam rydych chi’n dod, ac mae croeso i chi ddod â ffrind neu bartner gyda chi i’ch cefnogi.
Mae sesiynau ar gael bob 15 munud rhwng 12:00 a 16:00.

These 15-minute sessions are a chance to ask questions, talk things through and get reliable, judgement-free advice in a private space. You don’t need to explain why you’re attending, and you’re welcome to bring a friend or partner with you for support.
Sessions are available every 15 minutes from 12:00-16:00
